A robust online application to create cutting-edge interactive videos.
Hepp served as a Senior Programmer in developing online tools for the successful Rapt Media, as well as creating several award-winning interactive experiences for multiple Forbes 500 clients. Hepp helped develop a SaaS video editor platform which allows users to quickly construct “choose your own adventure” interactive videos. Designed and developed cross-platform [including iOS to iPad Safari] interactive branching video experiences for clients including Toyota, ABC, Philips, Gaiam TV & Warner Bros. Hepp was also responsible for developing a vanilla WebGL context into the embeddable Rapt Media video player, which enabled advanced shader and other 3D video effects.
Hepp’s work was directly translated into several granted patents.
Rapt Media was successfully acquired in 2018 by Kaltura.
